Appointment Policy

  • All services are appointment based unless otherwise stated

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system

  • Walk-ins are not guaranteed and are subject to availability

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment

Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may require rescheduling.

Identification Requirements

  • Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all services.

  • Acceptable forms include driver's license, state ID, passport, or other approved identification.

  • Minors must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian

  • Required documentation must be presented at the time of service

Failure to provide proper identification may result in denial of service without refund.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or service, unless otherwise approved

  • Accepted payment methods will be listed during checkout

  • Pricing varies by service and scope

  • All prices are subject to change without notice

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of testing and screening services:

  • All sale are final once a service has been initiated

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Failure to appear for appointment

    • Ineligibility due to missing documentation

    • Results outcomes or turnaround times

Mobile Services Policy

  • Mobile services must be scheduled in advance

  • Service area is limited and subject to availability

  • Additional fees may apply for mobile or after-hours services

  • On-site contact must be available at the time of service
